2 T. Brown Sugar
2 T. Ground Oats
2 T. Aloe Vera Gel
1 T. Honey
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Almond or Olive Oil
Grind the oatmeal using a food processor or blender. Don't use it without grinding it or it will scratch your skin. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until it resembles a paste.
Massage gently into your feet using a circular motion. Rinse off with warm water.
